- Driver's license number
- Social Security numbers
- Birth Dates
- Date parents were married, separated, divorced, or widowed
- Current checking/savings account balances
- Current value of business
- Current value of your investment farm
- Child support paid or received
- Welfare benefits (ADC/TANF, etc.) excluding Food Stamps, Title 20 Dacare and Medicaid
